Mission Statement

CCI's Entrepreneur-to-Entrepreneur Business Training is a highly tailored, hands-on, one-on-one business management training program conducted between a single American and a Russian company owner working in corresponding industries.  The program is designed to provide individualized professional training to Russia’s entrepreneurs.  EEBT advances the flow of knowledge, ideas, and hands-on experiences and helps to foster personal and professional relations between U.S. and Russian professionals. 

Goals and Objectives

EEBT aims to:

• Present Russian professionals with job-shadowing and hands-on training opportunity in a successful US company
• Supply participants with industry-specific knowledge and exposure to Western business management principles and practices
• Immerse Russian professionals in the American business culture, as well as the everyday life  
  

Overview

EEBT programs are U.S.-based, two-week-long programs that match Russian entrepreneurs with established American entrepreneurs.  EEBT offers Russian professionals a unique opportunity to stay with and learn from successful U.S. entrepreneurs, who have taken their companies through the multiple stages of expansion, have mastered key strategic and management technologies, and want to make a difference in the lives of Russia’s entrepreneurs.  During their training, Russian professionals learn about business management in relations to their specific industries and gain hands-on managerial experience.  By observing the work of a U.S.-company, attending business meetings, and having ample opportunity to ask questions, the delegates are able to take their company’s operations on to a path of success.  

Delegate Travel Criteria

EEBT is designed for Russian professionals with intermediate to advance English language skills.  However, English fluency is NOT required, as CCI wishes to reach as many Russian entrepreneurs as possible.  Upon request, CCI arranges for an Interpreter to assist with translation.
