CCI's Full Support

As valuable as the Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) is for clubs, communities and the world, it’s a project that requires a great deal of involvement by the sponsoring organization. Fortunately CCI, with years of experience in running hundreds of these projects, has built a system and has staff members in place to make implementing this project as easy as possible.

CCI has developed and refined the PEP model so that when a civic club signs up to participate, they develop warm relations with CCI’s Program Officers who hold their hands through the process. With extensive curricula, checklists, samples and other tools, PEP sponsors find that what’s most needed is what they know best: that is, knowledge of the resources available in their local community. PEP truly is a project executed by the local community with the underlying support of CCI’s expertise.

PEP Program Officers are dedicated to the direct support of each delegation. Before, during and after the delegates travel from Russia, CCI’s staff assists the local community in planning and carrying out the PEP project. Each volunteer group has a CCI Program Officer assigned to assist in all aspects of the project from beginning to end. This allows the hosting club to focus on the benefits of PEP.
