Trains Entrepreneurs
The core of the Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) is serious
and practical business training for Russian entrepreneurs in American
workplaces. Delegations of approximately 11 entrepreneurs from the same industry
sub-sector spend up to three weeks in up to a dozen U.S. companies.
These specialized delegation members all hope to get similar information
and instruction regarding their individual enterprises. This allows
American company managers to deliver carefully focused answers to
the Russians’ questions, rather than just give generic overviews.

PEP makes training exciting and fun for CEOs and their managers.
Easy-to-follow training modules for 60 industry sub-sectors provide
an individualized curriculum for each training day. Following this
guide allows CEOs to highlight their company and to provide the
targeted information sought by their Russian counterparts. Training
module elements are arranged sequentially to provide an orderly
delivery and learning process.
PEP’s learning spectrum is a two-way process. Many American
volunteer trainers find that they unexpectedly discern much about
their own company’s evolution, as a result of Russian entrepreneurs’
perceptive questions. Frequently Russians and Americans become involved
in stimulating debates regarding business methodologies. Further,
Americans learn about Russia’s developing business sector,
and on occasion see opportunities for their own companies.
Some U.S. company managers have signed up again and again to train
PEP delegations because the experience is so meaningful and rewarding.
